Inspecting the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Charter at Quynh Phu District Party Committee and Bao Hung International Joint Stock Company

On August 10, the inspection team of the Central Steering Committee for the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations (QCDC) led by comrade Nguyen Lam, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization and Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee, inspected the implementation of the QCDC at the grassroots level at Quynh Phu District Party Committee and Bao Hung International Joint Stock Company (Tan Minh Industrial Park, Vu Thu District).

In recent times, Party committees at all levels in Quynh Phu district have paid attention to leading, directing and seriously implementing the QCDC at the grassroots level; the awareness of cadres and party members, especially leaders, in implementing the QCDC at the grassroots level has been increasingly promoted. The Steering Committee for implementing the QCDC at the grassroots level has promoted its leadership and direction role in implementing the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit". The contents made public for people to know are all made public in accordance with regulations in many rich and diverse forms such as: reports at People's Council meetings; annual preliminary and summary conferences of the locality; through village and residential group meetings; posting at headquarters; announcements on the public broadcasting system... People are discussed and decided on many contents such as agreeing on the level of contribution to building infrastructure and welfare works in the locality; voting for beneficiaries of social policies; Establishing and collecting and spending all kinds of funds... State management work in the district always ensures transparency, in the direction of being close to the people, respecting and accepting the opinions and contributions of the people, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, unite union members, promote the role of people as masters, and effectively carry out supervision and social criticism. Thanks to the good implementation of the QCDC at the grassroots level, it has contributed to maintaining the great national unity bloc, consolidating people's trust in the leadership of the Party, Party committees and authorities at all levels, creating favorable conditions in the process of implementing the political tasks of the district. In particular, in recent times, Quynh Phu has become a bright spot in mobilizing people to agree and voluntarily donate land for road construction. In nearly 2 years, the whole district has had over 4,100 households voluntarily donate nearly 350,000m2 ^of residential and agricultural land to upgrade, expand and renovate 19 traffic routes in 30 communes and towns, saving the state budget nearly 500 billion VND.

After listening to the leaders of the District Party Committee and leaders of the Party Committees of some communes in the district speak to clarify some of the results achieved in implementing the QCDC in localities and units, speaking at the inspection session, comrades: Nguyen Lam, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee, Head of the inspection delegation; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Party Committee, government and people in the district in the past time, especially in promoting democracy at the grassroots level.

The comrades highly appreciated the district's creative way of carrying out its tasks, all of which stemmed from the interests of the people, based on listening to their opinions. The district has built a team of cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to overcome difficulties with the spirit of respecting the people, serving the people, creating conditions for the people to know, discuss, do, inspect, supervise, and benefit.

Based on the achieved results, the comrades suggested that in the coming time, Party committees at all levels in the district continue to effectively implement the QCDC at the grassroots level, creating the foundation, premise, and motivation to successfully implement the key political tasks of the district.

* In the afternoon, the delegation inspected the implementation of QCDC at the facility at Bao Hung International Joint Stock Company.

The company organizes contracts with all employees; employees are fully participating in health insurance and social insurance according to the prescribed time. The declaration and payment of benefits to employees are carried out accurately and promptly. The company strictly publicizes to employees the contents according to the provisions of law. Create conditions for employees to participate in giving opinions on the regulations, rules, and charters of the unit; negotiate, agree, sign labor contracts, sign collective labor agreements; supervise activities, implementation of the regulations, rules of the unit, policies and regimes for employees according to the provisions of law. All suggestions and questions from employees are answered promptly, contributing to strengthening stable, harmonious and progressive labor relations in the Company.
