On August 2, the inspection delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee led by Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, inspected the leadership, direction and implementation of Conclusion No. 01 - KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo (12th tenure) on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" at the Party Cell of the Ninh Binh City Culture - Sports and Broadcasting Center; Phuc Thanh Ward Party Committee.
Reporting to the inspection team, the Party Cell of the City's Center for Culture, Sports and Broadcasting stated: Implementing Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, the awareness and actions of cadres and party members have clearly changed in cultivating and training moral qualities. The leadership team always sets an example in all activities of the unit. Cadres, party members and the masses perform their duties responsibly, strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the agency and unit; do not come late, leave early, do not do personal work during office hours, maintain discipline in speaking. Dress politely, neatly, live a healthy, simple life, always be honest, straightforward, maintain solidarity and unity within the organization. Be an example in implementing a cultural and civilized urban lifestyle, actively propagate and mobilize relatives and people to implement a cultural and civilized urban lifestyle well.
For the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Phuc Thanh Ward: After 2 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, the awareness of Party committees at all levels, the government, the Fatherland Front, organizations and Party members has been raised. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is a content in Party building work, with practical significance to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and the contingent of Party members and cadres.
The Party Committee focused on leading and directing the dissemination, deployment and implementation of the work, from planning and implementation to guiding Party cells and Party members to develop programs, sign implementation commitments, and attach importance to inspection, supervision, urging and reminding of implementation.
The review of the implementation of political tasks by Party committees at all levels is associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. The responsibility of cadres and Party members, especially the responsibility of setting an example by key leaders, is enhanced, clearly demonstrated in the work of leadership, direction, management and implementation.
Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has changed administrative discipline, rectified the working style and manners of cadres and civil servants, and promptly resolved citizens' complaints, proposals and petitions. Cadres and party members closely followed the grassroots, listened to and accepted the people's legitimate aspirations and wishes, did a good job of mass mobilization work, and strictly followed what party members and civil servants were not allowed to do.
After listening to the direct reports of the two inspection units, the inspection team inspected the books and documents serving the leadership, direction and implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo of the two inspection units.
Members of the inspection team gave comments and suggestions on existing issues and shortcomings so that the Party Cell of the City's Center for Culture, Sports and Broadcasting and the Party Committee of Phuc Thanh Ward could better promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the coming time.
Concluding the inspection, comrade Bui Mai Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, acknowledged the efforts of the cadres and party members of the City Culture-Sports and Broadcasting Center Party Cell, Phuc Thanh Ward Party Committee and the close direction of the Ninh Binh City Party Standing Committee and the comrades of the Ninh Binh City Party Standing Committee for the grassroots in leading, directing and implementing Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo (12th tenure) on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department suggested that the Party Cell of the City's Culture-Sports and Broadcasting Center and the Party Committee of Phuc Thanh Ward continue to more comprehensively promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle through concrete actions.
Further strengthen inspection and supervision work. Better carry out propaganda work on typical, advanced examples, beautiful images in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, creating a spread to the masses.
