The Central Inspection Commission inspected and supervised the declaration of assets and income of 115 officials under the management of the Politburo and Secretariat. Through inspection and supervision, the Central Inspection Commission disciplined 161 organizations.

Also attending the meeting were Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Nguyen Duy Ngoc and a number of leaders and members of the Central Inspection Commission... Proposed the Central Executive Committee to discipline 16 party members. Standing Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Van Ron said that in recent times, the Central Inspection Commission has focused on leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of tasks; including many difficult, complicated cases that have arisen for a long time that have been inspected, concluded, and thoroughly handled, or newly arising cases with deep expertise, specialization, and closed-off issues that have also been discovered, inspected, and handled promptly. Specifically, the Central Inspection Commission has proposed the Central Executive Committee to discipline 16 party members; proposed the Politburo to discipline 14 party members and 23 party organizations, including 26 members of the Party Central Committee and former members of the Party Central Committee; the Secretariat to discipline 132 party members and 20 party organizations; advised the Secretariat to establish 2 delegations to handle complaints against 2 party members...

In addition, the Central Inspection Commission inspected 78 party organizations and 23 party members when there were signs of violations. Thereby, the Central Inspection Commission proposed that the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat discipline 43 party organizations and 100 party members; discipline 156 party organizations and 371 party members according to their authority; request lower-level party organizations to consider responsibilities and discipline 118 party organizations and 359 party members. Inspect the implementation of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of party discipline, inspect party finances for 82 party organizations; conduct thematic supervision for 47 party organizations and 88 party members; consider and resolve denunciations according to procedures for 9 party members, 1 party organization, and resolve party discipline complaints for 29 party members. At the same time, the Central Inspection Commission also inspected and supervised the declaration of assets and income of 115 officials under the management of the Politburo and the Secretariat. Through inspection and supervision, the Central Inspection Commission disciplined 161 party organizations and 417 party members in various forms. Among the contents that the Central Inspection Commission focused on inspecting were the management and use of land, resources, capital, and state assets; procurement of medical equipment and supplies for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic; the implementation of projects/bidding packages for the procurement of assets and equipment by the International Progress Joint Stock Company (AIC) and enterprises in the AIC "ecosystem"; Violations related to FLC Group, Van Thinh Phat... Focus on inspecting and thoroughly handling violations related to Phuc Son, Thuan An, AIC Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong acknowledged the positive results of the Central Inspection Committee and Inspection Committees at all levels, completing a large amount of work, quality, effectiveness and efficiency are constantly improved. Notably, focusing on many difficult and complicated tasks. The important results in inspection and supervision work have had a great effect in warning, alerting, deterring, preventing and stopping early and remotely violations of party organizations and party members, especially the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, corruption and negativity; enhancing the responsibility of leaders of party committees, party organizations and cadres and party members. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Standing Secretariat requested the Central Inspection Commission to focus on studying and summarizing the implementation of the Party Charter on inspection, supervision and party discipline to serve the amendment and supplementation of the Party Charter.

Inspection Committees at all levels need to proactively, seriously and effectively carry out their tasks, focusing on inspecting places with complicated problems, "hot spots", areas and fields where violations are likely to arise, outstanding and outstanding issues that cause social outrage. At the same time, continue to focus on inspecting and supervising cadres and party members who show signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", violations of Party regulations, State laws, violations of things that party members are not allowed to do and responsibilities to set an example. The Standing Secretariat also noted and strictly implemented the Conclusions of the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption and negativity; in which, focusing on inspecting and promptly and strictly handling party organizations and party members who have violated cases and cases under the supervision and direction of the Steering Committee. In particular, the Standing Secretariat emphasized the need to thoroughly handle cases related to violations by AIC Company and the AIC ecosystem, Van Thinh Phat Group, Phuc Son Group, Thuan An Group and newly arising cases. Disciplinary action must be strict, timely, without "no-go zones" or "exceptions", but in the spirit of humanity, "treating illnesses and saving lives", the purpose is to make the Party organization and Party members see violations and shortcomings in order to overcome, correct, make progress, and do better. Along with that, it is necessary to promote new, positive factors, protect what is right, protect cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to break through, and dare to take responsibility for the common good. In addition, the Standing Secretariat also requested to continue to effectively implement the coordination regulations, including close coordination between the Party's inspection and supervision work and the work of inspection, auditing, investigation, prosecution, and trial. Strengthen the direction of the Central Inspection Commission over the activities of the Inspection Commissions of Party committees directly under the Central Committee, especially in handling serious and complicated cases. Along with regular attention to building, consolidating and perfecting the organization and apparatus of the Central Inspection Commission, the Standing Secretariat emphasizes the building of a team of inspection cadres who are truly honest, fair, upright, courageous, exemplary, maintain moral qualities, lifestyle, are good at professional expertise, enthusiastic, dedicated and responsible for their work. The Central Inspection Commission focuses on inspection when there are signs of violations, especially signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", violations of regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, violations of the principles and regulations of the Party, laws of the State, corruption, negativity and pressing incidents in society; incidents and cases under the supervision and direction of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption and negativity.
