The report of the 1st Corps at the inspection session affirmed: In the past time, the Party Committee and the 1st Corps Command have regularly paid attention to leading and directing the judicial, inspection and legal agencies to closely coordinate, promote democracy, collective intelligence, closely follow reality, and successfully complete tasks according to plan and unexpected tasks. The dissemination and education of law has been carried out regularly, contributing to reducing violations and crimes in the stationed area. The drafting and promulgation of internal normative documents have ensured the correct order, procedures and progress.

The Standing Office of the Corps' 1389 Steering Committee has proactively grasped the situation, based on the orders and instructions of the Corps Commander, the guidance documents of the 1389 Steering Committee of the Ministry of National Defense, promptly advised the Head of the Corps Command to direct the agencies and units under its authority to effectively deploy the fight and prevention work, contributing to reducing the number of cases of discipline violations and law violations. Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested that in the coming time, the 1st Corps needs to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement documents and instructions from all levels on judicial work, inspection, and legal affairs; management and use of defense land and enforcement of the law on bidding; continue to improve the effectiveness of organizing the implementation of military and defense laws, meeting the requirements of performing the task of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation; perform well the function of advising and proposing to help the Head of the Corps Command improve the effectiveness of management, operation, command, and the fight against crimes and violations.

The work of disseminating and educating the law needs to be promoted; focus on researching and compiling propaganda and dissemination contents and topics suitable to the actual situation in the stationed area and the characteristics of the agency and unit; integrate with the contents, conferences and activities of the unit to disseminate and educate the law; strengthen coordination with units and localities in the area to effectively implement propaganda work.
