On the afternoon of May 18, a representative of the People's Committee of Chuong My district said that they had requested to criticize Mr. Dao Kim Thang - the homeroom teacher of the class and review the principal of My Luong Primary School after the incident in which a 5th grade female student was bullied and filmed.

In a petition letter sent to the People's Committee of Chuong My district, the family of KTT (a 5D student at My Luong Primary School) reported that, in addition to the content of the clip, T had been beaten and bullied many times by his classmates.

After that, she reported to her homeroom teacher, but the teacher did not have a strong form of deterrence. On April 29, T continued to be forced to kneel, take off her shirt and filmed and posted on social media. After the incident, the female student showed signs of fear, did not dare to meet strangers, could not eat or drink, and dropped out of school.

Immediately upon receiving information about the incident, the District People's Committee directed the District Department of Education and Training, District Police, Commune leaders and My Luong Primary School to verify, clarify the cause and resolve the incident.

The school asked the four students involved to write a report and consider handling their violations. In it, they presented the incident, admitted their mistakes, apologized, and pledged not to repeat the offense. KTT also accepted the apology and agreed to forgive his friends.

At the same time, the Department of Education and Training of Chuong My district also worked with the school and local leaders to come up with a reconciliation plan, promptly visiting and encouraging KTT's family.

The People's Committee of Chuong My district also requested the school to coordinate with the district police to verify the person who distributed this video.

Previously, a video appeared on social media recording a scene of a female student being bullied by a group of friends, causing a stir. In the video, the girl was asked by the group to strip, then forced to kneel. Not stopping there, the group of female students continuously asked the girl to apologize to each person in the group.
