Framework script of the Art Program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification

The Organizing Committee of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification issued Decision No. 46/QD-BTC dated April 3, 2025 approving the Framework Scenario of the Art Program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Accordingly, the theme of the art program is: "The country is full of joy". Time of organization is from 20:00 - 21:30, April 26, 2025. Location at Hoa Binh Square, Hoa Binh city. Duration of live TV program: 90 minutes, ceremony is expected to be 30 minutes; Art program is expected to be 60 minutes.

The program content of the ceremony includes: Opening speech; flag salute; announcement of the reason, introduction of delegates; speeches by provincial leaders to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; Party and State leaders awarding the Second Class Labor Medal to Hoa Binh city; speeches by Party and State leaders; response speeches by leaders of Hoa Binh province.

The art program with the theme "The Country is Full of Joy" is expected to include 3 chapters: Chapter 1 - The Epic Song; Chapter 2 - The Joyful Triumph; Chapter 3 - The Country is Full of Joy. The program will end with a fireworks display.
