The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to take the lead in mobilizing tourism service businesses to innovate products, increase investment in creating new products to attract international visitors; build an application to promote provincial tourism, support businesses in posting stimulus programs and new products on tourism information and promotion applications; strengthen the organization of events to meet entertainment and experience needs to increase tourist attraction; coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism to promote provincial tourism to international visitors.

Departments, sectors, localities, and Tourism Associations that manage industries and products in the service and product supply chain such as transportation, OCOP product manufacturing, health care, shopping, accommodation, etc. are responsible for mobilizing businesses and individual households to join forces to create attractive stimulus packages to attract tourists.
