According to China Daily , Shanghai L+ Snow resort is located in Lin-gang, about 1.5 hours by car from downtown Shanghai.

With a total area of ​​98,828 square meters, Shanghai L+ Snow was recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's largest indoor ski resort during its inauguration ceremony on September 6. This title previously belonged to a project in Harbin, China.

With a vertical slope of nearly 60m, Shanghai L+ Snow has 3 professional ski runs, with a total length of about 1,200m. In addition, it is also equipped with a large snow recreation area, providing visitors with many activities to experience.

The resort also fully integrates water parks, restaurants, shopping malls and hotels, creating opportunities to promote Shanghai's ice and snow entertainment industry.

The resort began selling tickets during its trial operation in August. As of September 1, Shanghai L+ Snow had welcomed nearly 100,000 visitors.

Together with the Shanghai Astronomical Museum and other cultural tourist attractions, Shanghai L+ Snow is expected to become an attractive tourist destination for international visitors, especially after China's 144-hour visa-free policy since the beginning of this year.

The resort's opening has been delayed several times from its original schedule to enhance safety measures.
