The resettlement area serving Phu Thuan Industrial Park has 632 plots eligible for handover.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tam surveyed the actual situation of site clearance work in the industrial park and Phu Thuan Resettlement Area.

Up to this point, the Phu Thuan Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Investment Project, Binh Dai District People's Committee has approved the decision to reclaim land from households in the project area with a total reclaimed area rounded up to 216.2 hectares (reaching 100%). The total amount of approved land, housing, architectural structures, crops, and support regime is over 1,918.45 billion VND. Of which, the amount of money received by households is over 1,859.034 billion VND, accounting for 96.9%. There are still 52 households/8.17 hectares that have not received money, mainly due to problems with inheritance procedures, pending disputes, disagreement on compensation prices, and waiting to know about the resettlement plan.

The project to build infrastructure for the resettlement area serving Phu Thuan Industrial Park has a total planned area of 48.24 hectares (the area of land that households have renovated according to the plan is 4.46 hectares, the area of land recovered from households is 43.78 hectares). Currently, the area of land that has been compensated and supported is 38.53 hectares/43.78 hectares (of 128 households/140 households), reaching nearly 90% of the area. Currently, this project is constructing technical infrastructure for leveling, roads, rainwater drainage, wastewater and trees... and there are 632 plots that are eligible for handover.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tam requested relevant parties to continue to coordinate to speed up the progress of project works, measure and separate land plots according to the planning to complete land allocation procedures for the People's Committee of Binh Dai district, and soon hand over resettlement land to the people.
