The People's Committee of Ben Cat City has just issued an official decision approving the detailed planning project (scale 1/500) of Phu An Dien 1 Residential Area, An Dien Ward, Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province with a scale of 186,758.6 m² (18.67ha) organized by Hoa Thien My Joint Stock Company to plan.

The project connects to Ring Road 4 by 2 routes according to the zoning plan, which are KV06.08 road (road width 22m) and Lien KV.30 road (Thi Tinh riverside road - road width 22m). In addition to the axis connecting to Ring Road 4, the project also connects to DT.748 road through the existing An Dien 093 road; internal roads in the area with a road width of 13m or more are synchronously connected to the planned road axes into a complete system. Regarding landscape architecture, urban highlights: The project area is adjacent to Ba Pho stream (North) and Thi Tinh river (East) connecting to Saigon river, helping the air here to be fresh and cool all year round. The city has approved the zoning plan of An Dien ward with the arrangement of traffic axis along Thi Tinh river and green parks along Thi Tinh river to create landscape, green space and climate regulation for the area; this is a favorable condition for Phu An Dien 1 Residential Area project when adjacent to Thi Tinh river.
