More than 40ha of coastal land in Binh Dinh was auctioned for nearly 370 billion VND

(Dan Tri) - A land plot of more than 40 hectares in Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Beach Tourist Area, Cat Chanh Commune, Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh was successfully auctioned for nearly 370 billion VND.


On December 23, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision to recognize the results of the auction of land use rights to implement Project Point No. 2 (2-2) in Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Beach Tourist Area, Cat Chanh Commune, Phu Cat District.

The selected investor is Phu Gia Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, with a winning bid price of more than 368.8 billion VND, a difference of nearly 21 billion VND compared to the starting price.

The auctioned asset is the land use right to implement Project Point No. 2 (2-2), Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Beach Tourist Area in Cat Chanh Commune, Phu Cat District.

The land area of ​​the above project is more than 40.2 hectares, of which tourism service land (tourist villa land, resort services, hotels, squares, commercial service works, swimming pools) is more than 14.4 hectares; green land is more than 15.3 hectares; traffic land and technical infrastructure (traffic land, technical infrastructure land, parking land) is nearly 5.6 hectares; beach land and water surface is more than 4.8 hectares.

The project's objective is to invest in a tourist area according to the approved plan, including: tourist villas, hotels, resort services, commercial services (restaurants, souvenir shops, karaoke, general business), for sale, lease, lease-purchase and to carry out other business activities according to regulations.

The form of land use is that the state leases land and collects land rent once for the entire lease term, through the form of land use rights auction.

The project has a total investment of over VND 2,200 billion (excluding the auction winning money for land use rights). The project implementation progress shall not exceed 60 months from the date of the land lease decision.

Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang said that this project promises to create more momentum for local tourism development, with many important items being built such as: hotels, resort villas, squares and commercial services...

According to the Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province, this is an area with great potential but has not been well exploited. Binh Dinh Province has had many policies related to calling for and attracting investment, creating conditions for investors with sufficient capacity and experience to invest in the area to develop in accordance with the directions of the Provincial People's Council in each period.

The leaders of Binh Dinh province assigned the Department of Finance, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Planning and Investment, Provincial Tax Department and relevant agencies and units to organize the collection and payment of financial obligations as prescribed to the state budget, and carry out the next steps in accordance with current laws.

Binh Dinh Province also assigned the Economic Zone Management Board, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Construction and relevant agencies and units to guide and urge Phu Gia Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the project according to regulations, ensuring progress according to regulations.
