No requirement to change information on Business Registration Certificate due to change of administrative boundaries

Specifically, the provincial authorities are developing a project to arrange and merge provincial and communal administrative units of Dak Lak province.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to guide business households, enterprises and cooperatives to continue using the Business Registration Certificates issued by competent authorities; not requiring business households, enterprises, cooperatives and cooperative unions to register changes in address information due to changes in administrative boundaries.

For the Dak Lak Provincial Cooperative Union and the Provincial Business Association, propagate and guide business households, enterprises and cooperatives to only update information on addresses due to changes in administrative boundaries when necessary or at the same time when registering changes, notifying changes to other contents in business registration.

The whole province currently has 13,145 registered enterprises, of which, from the beginning of 2025 to now, there have been 355 newly established enterprises (an increase of 1.43% over the same period in 2024) and 878 cooperatives, of which 30 cooperatives were newly established in 2025 (an increase of 42.86% over the same period last year).
