Cultural space of Tet of ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province with the theme "Countryside features - Vietnamese soul in Tet culture of ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province" creates a space for people and tourists to have fun and experience the traditional Tet atmosphere of the nation.
Here, people and tourists can immerse themselves in a joyful, bustling, colorful atmosphere with a variety of activities such as the rural market space, which introduces and sells traditional products on Tet holiday, harvested from the labor and production of Quang Ninh people; the family Tet space introduces and recreates the typical features of the old Tet space of families living in coastal, rural, mountainous and urban areas of Quang Ninh; a space for performing folk songs, folk dances, singing cheo, chau van, and xam singing of the Kinh people, then melodies of the Tay people, love songs of the Dao people, and folk dances of ethnic groups; a space for folk games with throwing con, smashing clay pots, cockfighting, walking on stilts, and a space for experiencing wrapping banh chung, pounding banh day, sketching portraits, and calling calligraphy to pray for good luck at the beginning of the year...

Ms. Giap Thi Hai (Dao ethnic group, Binh Lieu district, Quang Ninh province) shared: Before Tet, Dao people often sew for themselves and their families the most beautiful clothes to wear on Tet holiday to go out for spring.
