Binh Thuan Tiger Cup 2025 Provincial Football Championship Kicks Off

BTO-On the afternoon of April 8, the Binh Thuan Provincial Football Championship - Tiger Cup 2025 officially opened at Phan Thiet Stadium, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism attended the opening ceremony.

‎ In the 2025 season, there will be 13 teams from clubs and FCs across the province participating, divided into 4 groups competing in a round robin to calculate points.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam said: Binh Thuan Provincial Football Championship - one of the exciting sports playgrounds, with the spirit of solidarity, honesty and nobility. The tournament is not only an opportunity for football teams to compete, demonstrate their talents and bravery but also an opportunity to strengthen solidarity between localities and units. This is also an opportunity to discover and nurture football talents, contributing to building and developing the sports movement of the province .

On the first day of competition, there were 2 matches of group A between FC A Tong La Gi and FC Quoc Dat. In this match, FC Quoc Dat won FC A Tong La Gi with a score of 3-1. In the second match, FC Qua Lan met Phan Thiet City. FC Qua Lan lost with a score difference of (1-5). On today's competition day (April 9), there will be matches of groups B and C.
