The Investigation Police Agency of Huong Thuy Town Police (Thua Thien - Hue Province) has just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused against Tran Huu Nhat Huy (born 2004), Huynh Ngoc Duc (born 2005), Phan Huynh Gia Kiet (born 2008), Hoang Minh Duc (born 2006), Nguyen Van Hop (born 2006) and Le Van Hieu Trung (born 2003), all residing in Hue City (Thua Thien - Hue Province) for intentionally causing injury.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Huong Thuy Town Police has issued an order to temporarily detain Tran Huu Nhat Huy, Huynh Ngoc Duc, Hoang Minh Duc for 3 months; and to temporarily detain Phan Huynh Gia Kiet for 2 months. At the same time, measures to prevent, prohibit leaving the place of residence, and temporarily suspend exit from the country have been applied to Nguyen Van Hop and Le Van Hieu Trung.

Previously, due to conflicts and challenges on social networks with a group of teenagers in Huong Thuy town (commonly known as group G1), on the evening of November 15, the 6 people above and some friends brought many beer bottles on 4 motorbikes traveling on National Highway 1A (Huong Thuy town) to find group G1 to resolve the conflict.
When arriving at Vuc bridge (Thuy Phuong ward), the group discovered 4 other teenagers riding 2 motorbikes including PQB (born 2007), LTHL (born 2008), NQT (born 2007) and LNP (born 2009), all residing in Thuy Phu commune (Huong Thuy town).
Believing that this was a group G1 that had a previous conflict, Tran Huu Huy's group used beer bottles to block and throw them at PQB's group. As a result, B. suffered a traumatic brain injury, with an assessment showing a 22% injury rate.
