On the afternoon of November 4, information from the Viet Tri City Police, Phu Tho Province, this unit has just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and temporarily detain 2 teenage boys who "crossed the checkpoint" and attacked the Traffic Police force.
The two people prosecuted are: Phan Van Hieu (born 2007, residing in Minh Nong ward, Viet Tri city) and Nguyen Hoang Bao (born 2006, residing in Minh Phuong ward, Viet Tri city).
Previously, on October 26, the Working Group of Viet Tri City Police performed traffic control patrol duty on Hung Vuong Street (Van Phu Ward, Viet Tri City).
At around 8:30 p.m. the same day, the task force discovered 5 young men riding 3 motorbikes, their license plates covered with masks and not wearing helmets.

The working group signaled the vehicle to stop for inspection and handling, but the group did not comply and instead accelerated and fled.
After that, the group returned, stopped the car on the opposite side of the road, and threw 3 beer bottles at the working group, injuring one member of the working group.
Investigation results determined that the group of young people consisted of 5 people (including Hieu and Bao), all 5 of whom did not have a driver's license.
In addition to the decision to initiate criminal proceedings, prosecute the accused and issue arrest warrants for Hieu and Bao for the crime of "disturbing public order", the police agency is also investigating and verifying the remaining 3 people to handle them according to the provisions of the law.
