According to the Provincial People's Committee, the launching ceremony of the Chua Chan Mountain Ecotourism and Recreational Resort Project aims to introduce an overview of the project. At the same time, it will further deepen the importance of the tourism development task, create a strong change in the entire political system, all levels and sectors in the position and role of tourism in the province's socio-economic development task, and successfully implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development of the province in the spirit of the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

Through the launching ceremony, the aim is to introduce the potential and advantages of eco-tourism, resort and entertainment at Chua Chan Mountain, at the same time, prepare resources well and call for investors interested in the project, soon forming a large, classy and high-quality eco-tourism area of ​​the province. Along with that, create a communication effect, attract tourists right from the beginning of the project, create a strong spread to promote tourism development, strive to build Dong Nai into a key tourist locality of the Southeast region by 2030.

Previously, in March, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the adjustment of the master plan for the preservation, restoration, and embellishment of the Chua Chan Mountain scenic relic until 2030. According to the decision, the scope of the study to adjust the relic planning is more than 1,700 hectares located in 5 administrative units: Xuan Tho, Xuan Truong, Xuan Hiep, Suoi Cat and Gia Ray town in Xuan Loc district. In particular, the Chua Chan Mountain tourism, ecological and resort project group (project group 2) has a total investment of about 18 trillion VND.
