On January 31 (the 3rd day of Tet), speaking with a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Vo Anh Tuan, Chief of Office of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, said that according to plan, tomorrow (the 4th day of Tet), the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway project will be held and the decision approving the investment policy and investment certificates will be handed over to a series of projects with "huge" investment capital.
The groundbreaking ceremony is expected to be held at Suoi Cai area, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend this important event.

Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway has a total investment of more than VND 8,833 billion from equity capital, loans and other legally mobilized capital (including loan interest).
The construction commencement time, infrastructure system and construction time of the project, infrastructure system is 36 months from the effective date of the contract.
