The Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing Project - Marina Home is invested by Binh Dinh Maritime Joint Stock Company. This is one of the social housing projects in the province responding to the Investment Program to build at least 1 million social housing apartments in the 2021-2030 period approved by the Prime Minister; contributing to the completion of the province's housing development program and plan.

With a total area of approximately 5,100m2, the project is planned as a 24-storey commercial quality social housing complex, including 530 apartments. The first floor is a commercial - service block serving residents and the community; the second and third floors are modern above-ground parking lots; from the fourth to the 24th floor, there are apartments with 1, 2, 3 bedrooms with diverse areas from 42.3m2 to 76.54m2.

Expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2026, the project is built to commercial standards but is easily accessible thanks to reasonable prices, serving the right customers who are eligible to buy and sell social housing according to current legal regulations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang emphasized that Binh Dinh province always determines that the economic development goal must be closely linked to ensuring social security, solving housing problems for the poor, low-income people, workers, etc., contributing to settling down. In recent times, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Binh Dinh province have focused on leading and directing the promotion of social housing development, including social housing development targets in the system of 5-year and annual socio-economic development targets of the province; issued a mechanism to support the implementation of social housing projects in the province, organized the development of plans and issued many directive documents to organize implementation, in accordance with the practical conditions of the locality; promoted administrative reform, reform of administrative procedures, accelerated the progress of processing and resolving records and procedures in a streamlined and convenient direction; build open and suitable policies,... Accordingly, the implementation of social housing projects in the province has achieved many good results, many social housing projects have been completed and put into use, ensuring the set plan and progress, meeting the social housing needs in the province; the Party and State leaders have inspected the reality and highly appreciated the results of social housing development in Binh Dinh province.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing Project is a practical activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification. Upon completion, the project will not only solve the social housing needs of beneficiaries, but also contribute to urban renovation and beautification, creating momentum for local socio-economic development.

In order for the Project to be completed and put into operation soon, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang requested that the Investor must be truly dedicated, responsible, in the spirit of accompanying the Province in implementing the project; focus resources, speed up the construction progress, ensure completion, put the project into operation according to the committed schedule, approved by competent authorities; the works must ensure quality, sustainability, and longevity; prioritize investment, and implement construction of technical infrastructure works first, focus on completing public utilities serving the community... making the project a livable place, with beautiful, airy space.

In addition, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang requested that the Investor must strictly control the subjects registering to buy, rent, and lease social housing of the project, ensuring the correct subjects, meeting all conditions according to regulations; prioritize the settlement for people with revolutionary contributions, relatives of martyrs, subjects under the province's policy of attracting high-quality human resources...; organize the review and determination of appropriate selling, renting, and renting prices of social housing, ensuring accessibility for beneficiaries according to regulations; the management and operation price level must be built in accordance with the income level of beneficiaries, in accordance with the management and operation price frame.

Consulting units, construction contractors, equipment installers... must promote the application of information technology, apply advanced and modern technologies in the management, supervision and construction of works; must strictly comply with construction regulations and standards; ensure quality, construction safety, labor safety and environmental sanitation; must not let the construction process affect the lives, production and activities of people in neighboring areas.
