This is an important event to implement the content of the Plan for conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the special national relic site of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg dated November 27, 2020 and is an event to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of T&T Group (November 30, 1993 - November 30, 2023).
Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung - former member of the Politburo, former Chairman of the National Assembly.
The leaders of Nghe An province include comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee;...
Also attending the ceremony were leaders of Military Region 4; representatives of provincial departments, branches, socio-political organizations, leaders of Nam Dan district and communes and towns in the district, and representatives of the Nguyen Sinh, Hoang Xuan and Ha families in Nam Dan.

TWO IMPORTANT PROJECTS TO IMPLEMENT THE PLANNING OF KIM LIEN RELIC SITE
The Cultural Tourism Area Project of the "Special National Monument Site of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site" was approved in principle for investment by the People's Committee of Nghe An province under Decision No. 85/QD-UBND dated August 25, 2021.
The project's goal is to build an eco-tourism, commercial and service satellite area to support and promote the value of the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site.
Through public bidding and the evaluation of the investor's capacity and experience, Trang Thi Trading and Service Joint Stock Company (a member of T&T Group) was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province as the investor to implement the project.
The Cultural Tourism Area Project is located in the newly constructed area of the relic complex, next to existing relic clusters such as: Sen village relic cluster, Hoang Tru village relic cluster, Chung mountain relic cluster and the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan (mother of President Ho Chi Minh).
According to the plan, the project is deployed on an area of over 43 hectares, including: Parking lot, trees, services and landscape trees; commercial service area; cultural center area; tourist service area; experimental area, agricultural conservation, public traffic...
In addition to the Cultural Tourism Area project, T&T Group has also proposed and been approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province to be the sponsor, completing the idea, design plan and investing in the construction of the 9-storey waterfall at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan.
The project is being implemented on the basis of renovating and restoring the existing natural stream, promising to become a highlight of the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area.
Each floor is carved with a type of flower to show gratitude for the birth and upbringing of President Ho Chi Minh's mother.
The project is inspired by images and symbolic objects associated with the life of Ms. Hoang Thi Loan in particular and Vietnamese women in the 19th century in general such as: Mirror, water surface, lotus flower, turban, Hoang Tru village gate...
In particular, the central circular lake is inspired by images imbued with East Asian culture, like a mirror reflecting the entire Nam Dan sky and symbolizing the intersection between history, present and future.
The circulation of water through 9 steps carries discreet, "symbolic" ideas for eternity and shows the deep remembrance of visitors to the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan.
PHASE 1 COMPLETION ON 19/5/2025
Identifying the Cultural Tourism Area project and the 9-storey Waterfall project at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, belonging to the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site, Nam Dan district as two important tourism and cultural projects of the province, speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung requested relevant departments, branches and functional units to coordinate and promptly support in resolving difficulties, problems, recommendations and proposals of investors during the implementation of the project.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to regularly monitor and promptly resolve related procedures; preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and localities to support investors so that the project can be implemented to ensure quality and progress as set out.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Nam Dan district was assigned to focus on site clearance to promptly hand over to investors; ensure security and order and related issues during project implementation.
Nghe An province believes that, with its enthusiasm, capacity, experience, potential and responsibility, the investor will closely coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports, Nam Dan district and related departments and branches to implement the above two projects in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality, hygiene, safety and environment; strive to complete phase 1 on May 19, 2025, on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, in order to promote the value, turn the Cultural Tourism Area and the 9-storey Waterfall into symbolic cultural works, commensurate with the cultural values and ideology of Ho Chi Minh, contributing to creating and promoting good cultural values, bringing benefits to the community.
The Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee sincerely thanks T&T Group and Mr. Do Quang Hien, Founder, Chairman of T&T Group's Strategy Committee, Chairman of SHB Bank's Board of Directors, for always accompanying the province in recent years and will be a major partner, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of Nghe An province in the coming time.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Do Quang Hien - Founder, Chairman of the Strategy Committee of T&T Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB Bank pledged to focus resources and human resources to implement the construction to ensure safety, quality and complete the project on schedule. On May 19, 2025, on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, phase 1 of the project will be completed and put into use, including: 9-storey waterfall, reception center, souvenir exhibition house, and all infrastructure and landscape. On May 19, 2026, the entire project will be completed and put into use.
At the event, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung presented the Decision approving the investor to implement the project to Trang Thi Trading and Service Joint Stock Company - a member of T&T Group Joint Stock Company.
