West Ham's 1-1 draw with Aston Villa has made the race for next season's European qualification unpredictable. Aston Villa remain in fourth place with 56 points, but are only three points ahead of Tottenham and have played one more game.
Earlier, Tottenham seemed on the verge of falling behind in the race for the top four after losing 0-3 to Fulham. However, Aston Villa missed the opportunity to temporarily extend their lead over the Spurs to 5 points.
Following closely behind Aston Villa and Tottenham are Manchester United in sixth place with 47 points. West Ham are seventh with 44 points, but have played one more game than the Red Devils. Brighton still have hopes of competing for a European Cup spot next season, sitting in eighth place with 42 points.
In the relegation battle, Nottingham Forest currently holds the safe position. The last three spots are occupied by Luton Town, Burnley, and Sheffield, respectively.
The Premier League title race is expected to remain unchanged this weekend, as Liverpool, Man City, and Arsenal are all not playing due to FA Cup quarter-final clashes.
