Specifically, at around 1:45 a.m. on March 29, Ms. NTD (born in 1978) was sleeping when she heard a loud noise from the house next door, so she woke up and turned on the camera to see Nguyen Thanh Tan (born in 1989, temporarily residing in group 74, Dong Thinh 5 hamlet) holding a flaming object and throwing it at the house of Mr. Nguyen Van Luc (born in 1961). After throwing it, Tan went into the house. Ms. NTD discovered the fire and shouted for everyone to put out the fire.

Upon receiving the information, the ward police, militia, and the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police quickly arrived at the scene to control the fire and prevent it from spreading. The fire did not cause any human casualties, but the total property damage was over 350 million VND.
