(HNMO) - On the evening of May 21, Hanoi Youth Palace organized the art program "Proud of Vietnam", to celebrate the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023); to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the new name of Hanoi Youth Palace (June 1, 2018 - June 1, 2023).
Hanoi Youth Palace is a place to organize cultural, artistic, sports, entertainment, scientific, technical activities and events, community activities for students, pupils and young people in the capital, to contribute to uniting, gathering, educating and orienting the youth. Over the past 5 years, the Palace has discovered and nurtured many young talents in the capital in the fields of culture, arts, physical education, sports and science and technology...
Speaking at the program, Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Hanoi City, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Youth Palace Tran Phuc Loc said: This is the 7th year the program "Proud of Vietnam" has been organized by the Hanoi Youth Palace with the aim of fostering revolutionary ideals, comprehensive education for youth, students, thereby raising awareness and national pride among union members and young people, contributing to fostering aesthetic awareness and creativity in artistic activities among youth and students in the capital.
The program is one of the activities of the capital's youth to implement Program No. 06-CTr/TU on "Developing culture, improving the quality of human resources, building elegant and civilized Hanoians in the period 2021-2025".
The art program consists of 2 parts: “Footprints Ahead” and “Aspirations of Youth”, with the participation of art troupes from universities, colleges, high schools, vocational education centers, continuing education centers; Youth Union members, youth of the Capital…, with works praising the homeland, the country, Uncle Ho and praising the youth…
Through the program, Hanoi Youth Palace hopes to create more musical playgrounds for union members, young people and students to have the opportunity to express themselves, affirm themselves, and satisfy their passion; at the same time, spread the flame of enthusiasm, national pride, and self-reliance, contributing to building our country to be "more dignified and more beautiful" as beloved Uncle Ho wished.
