At the working session, the representative of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Department proposed that the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs review and report to the National Assembly Standing Committee for consideration and approval of the draft Law at the ninth session, according to the 1-session process.

The delegates in the working group all agreed that the Law on Participation in United Nations Peacekeeping Forces aims to create a complete, solid, long-term, and stable legal corridor for the deployment of forces to participate in this activity. The contents discussed and comments made at the survey session will be received, processed, and the draft Law will be finalized by the delegation and the next steps will be taken to submit to the National Assembly for promulgation in the near future.
