The conference aims to help collaborators, including officials from the Fatherland Front and mass organizations at the ward, commune, and town levels (commune level), understand the content and methods of conducting surveys on administrative reform at the commune level, thereby ensuring the progress of implementation and achieving high-quality, objective results.
At the conference, Mr. Tran Huu Nghia, Deputy Head of the Democracy and Law Department of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, briefed over 300 collaborators on the purpose, requirements, implementation methods, and some notes when collecting feedback on people's satisfaction.

In addition, the trainees listened to presentations from instructors and practiced directly performing survey operations on the rtWork app.
Starting August 1, 2024, collaborators will begin conducting the survey; the system will record the results and close on August 30, 2024.
