Survey of 10 years of implementing highly skilled human resource training

On the afternoon of August 2, in Vinh City, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs worked with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on the content of the survey on 10 years of implementing Directive 37 of the Central Secretariat "on strengthening the Party's leadership in training highly skilled human resources".

Closely following the content of Directive 37 of the Central Secretariat "on strengthening the Party's leadership in the training of highly skilled human resources", in Nghe An, propaganda work was deployed synchronously and methodically with the active and effective participation of departments, branches, localities, and vocational training units.

The Provincial Party Committee has issued two resolutions on human resource development, and integrated the contents of vocational training for skilled workers into relevant programs and projects in the province. The Provincial People's Committee has consolidated, reviewed, evaluated, and planned the network of vocational training facilities. Currently, there are 54 vocational training facilities in the area, including 22 facilities training skilled workers, the rate of trained workers in the area has increased from 48% to 69%. There are over 135,000 people trained in high-skilled skills.

Some mechanical engineering, automotive technology, industrial electricity, refrigeration, and hotel management occupations meet the socio-economic development requirements of the province and the needs of the domestic and foreign labor markets. Nghe An province will continue to strengthen the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels to effectively implement Directive 37 of the Central Committee in conjunction with the good implementation of the Party and State's guidelines, policies, and development strategies to improve the quality of vocational education.
