Inauguration and handover of "House of Gratitude" in Cam Pha City

On the afternoon of May 12, the Cam Pha City Military Command coordinated with the City Women's Union, Cam Trung Ward Women's Union and Cam Pha City Women Entrepreneurs Club to inaugurate and hand over the "House of Gratitude" to Ms. Le Thi Ga.

Colonel Nguyen Quang Trung, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Provincial Military Command, presented gifts to Ms. Ga's family.

Ms. Ga was born in 1962, residing in Group 1, Zone 1A, Cam Trung Ward, Cam Pha City. Her family is a poor household in the locality. She has an only son who is serving in the 363rd Division (Air Defense - Air Force). Her husband is often sick, due to the consequences of a stroke. She is also sick and hospitalized frequently due to treatment for heart valve stenosis, bronchospasm...

Cam Pha City Military Command awarded 50 million VND in support.

Through a field survey, Ms. Ga's house is in a state of disrepair, leaking, without a bathroom or toilet, and does not ensure daily living conditions. Meanwhile, the whole family depends on her husband's salary (3.7 million VND/month), so for many years her family has been a household with difficult circumstances in the locality. In that situation, the Cam Pha City Military Command supported 50 million VND, the Cam Trung Ward Women's Union supported 20 million VND, the City Women Entrepreneurs Club supported 20 million VND, and the ward 1A officers supported 3.6 million VND to help her build a new house.

Started on March 23, after nearly 2 months of construction, the level 4 house was completed with an area of ​​nearly 80 square meters, total cost of nearly 210 million VND.

This is an activity to help families in difficult circumstances in the area and create conditions for families of enlisted soldiers to stabilize their lives, work with peace of mind, and build their units.
