On November 23, My Ly Border Guard Station (Nghe An Provincial Border Guard) coordinated with the local Party Committee and authorities of My Ly Commune (Ky Son District, Nghe An Province) and sponsors to organize the inauguration ceremony and handover of the Xop Duong kindergarten worth 800 million VND.
The Xop Duong kindergarten has more than 10 students, who are children of the Thai ethnic group. This place is more than 15km away from the center of the border commune of My Ly (Ky Son district, Nghe An province) on a dirt road, winding, slippery and is one of the schools with many difficulties of My Ly 2 Kindergarten.

In previous years, teachers and students of the school had to study and live in old wooden classrooms, which were inadequate, degraded, unsafe and did not have a boarding kitchen. The newly built school includes 1 classroom, 1 teacher's office and a boarding kitchen to help students and teachers of this school have a solid and safe classroom.
This is a meaningful and practical project to help the education sector of the mountainous district of Ky Son and the school overcome difficulties and provide more spiritual motivation, encouragement and support for teachers and students in the border area with many difficulties and shortages to successfully complete teaching and learning tasks in the 2024-2025 school year.
