Inauguration of 40 charity houses in Ban Rieng hamlet, Son Lo commune (Bao Lac)

On the morning of April 20, Bao Lac district coordinated with Mailisa Beauty Salon System to inaugurate the project to build 40 charity houses for people in the resettlement area of ​​Ban Rieng hamlet, Son Lo commune (Bao Lac). Attending the event was comrade Nong Thi Ha , Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions .

On the provincial side, there were comrades: Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh ; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Ha Nhat Le ; Deputy   Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Van Thach ; Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Be Minh Duc ; leaders of a number of provincial and district departments, branches and sectors.

On the sponsor side, there are Ms. Phan Thi Mai, General Director of Mailisa Beauty Salon System; Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh, General Director of Mailisa Beauty Salon System.

The houses were built by Mailisa Beauty Salon System and given to people in the resettlement area of ​​Ban Rieng hamlet, Son Lo commune.

Ban Rieng Hamlet, Son Lo Commune, 6 km from the commune center, has 121 households with 693 people; people live scattered on hillsides, high mountains, steep slopes, including many households in areas at high risk of landslides, needing urgent evacuation.

The project to stabilize the population in the disaster area of ​​Ban Rieng hamlet, Son Lo commune is invested by the People's Committee of Bao Lac district, with a total investment of over 26.4 billion VND from the capital source of the National Target Program for Socio -economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas. The project will be implemented from 2022 and accepted in September 2024, with a total area of ​​4 hectares, with the leveled ground divided into 46 plots of land arranged in 3 areas; investing in the electricity system, upgrading irrigation works, and a cluster of concentrated domestic water supply works in the resettlement area to ensure stable and long-term living conditions for the people.

With the spirit of "mutual love", "the rich help the poor", Mailisa Beauty Salon System sponsored the construction of a safe resettlement project for people in landslide areas, 40 solid houses for 40 households with especially difficult circumstances in Ban Rieng hamlet. The project started in October 2024, with a total construction cost of over 20 billion VND.

At the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh, General Director of Mailisa Beauty Salon System shared: After nearly 6 months from the groundbreaking date, overcoming many difficulties in weather conditions, terrain..., Khanh Mailisa Love Village with 40 spacious, solid, modern houses, fully equipped with essential living appliances has been completed. Each house is built with a total area of ​​about 300 m2 , of which 70 m2 is residential land, the rest are other auxiliary items such as kitchen, toilet, drying yard, traffic system, electricity, water... The design of the houses was widely consulted with the people, ensuring to meet the living needs, stable and long-term living conditions and suitable to the culture and customs of the people. Hopefully, with the charity houses built with all their heart and soul, the people of Ban Rieng hamlet will soon stabilize their lives, settle down and develop the economy on their homeland.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh shared the difficulties and losses of the province due to natural disasters as well as the efforts and determination of the entire political system at all levels of the province, the support of organizations, individuals and philanthropists nationwide to help the province overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize people's lives. Acknowledging, praising and sending sincere thanks to the sponsor - Mailisa Beauty Salon System and the Party Committees and authorities of Bao Lac district for their efforts to join hands in building a village of love for the people of Ban Rieng hamlet.

Propose that the Party Committee and the authorities of Bao Lac district and Son Lo commune continue to pay attention to and carry out well the social security work, invest in completing the traffic system, auxiliary works, playgrounds, and renovating the landscape to create better living conditions for the people; aiming to build and develop Ban Rieng hamlet, Son Lo commune into a model residential area in Bao Lac. Hope that the people of Ban Rieng hamlet in particular, and the people of all ethnic groups in Bao Lac district in general, continue to unite, overcome difficulties, strive to rise up, build a happy and prosperous family life, and contribute to building the homeland of Cao Bang to develop more and more.

At the inauguration ceremony, Mailisa Beauty Salon System presented 40 households (210 people) with 10 tons of rice, 80 beds, 80 fans, 80 sets of tables and chairs, and 40 water heaters.

Leaders of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, departments and branches of the province presented gifts to Ban Rieng hamlet and households.
