Khanh Hoa has spectacularly increased in both administrative reform index and satisfaction index.

On the morning of April 6, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the regular Government meeting in March. The meeting was held directly at the Government headquarters and connected online with provinces and centrally-run cities. Attending the meeting at the Khanh Hoa bridge were: Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Huu Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Khanh Hoa ranked 10/63 provinces and cities in PAR INDEX 2024.

At the meeting, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra reported and announced the results and rankings of the People's Satisfaction Index with the Service of State Administrative Agencies (SIPAS) in 2024 and the Administrative Reform Index in 2024 of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities (PAR INDEX). As a result, the SIPAS index in 2024 reached an average of 83.94%, an increase of 1.28% compared to 2023. The PAR INDEX in 2024 of provinces and cities continued to maintain positive growth, with the highest average value ever, reaching 88.37%, an increase of 1.39% compared to 2023. This is also the second consecutive time that 63/63 localities achieved a PAR INDEX result of over 80%.

For Khanh Hoa province, the PAR INDEX reached 90.49%, ranked 10th out of 63 provinces and cities, up 4 places compared to 2023 and among the 13 provinces and cities with a PAR INDEX above 90%. The province's SIPAS index reached 82.24%, ranked 30th out of 63 provinces and cities and up 13 places compared to 2023. The announced results have recognized the great efforts of the Khanh Hoa government in implementing administrative reform solutions and improving the quality of service to the people.
