On the morning of March 5, Thanh Hoa Women Entrepreneurs Association held a 2023 year-end conference and a ceremony to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8.

In 2023, Thanh Hoa Women Entrepreneurs Association admitted 15 new members, maintaining the number of nearly 200 official members and more than 600 members from 12 Women Entrepreneurs Clubs in districts and towns in the province participating in activities.

The Association has continued to innovate its content and methods of operation; focused on improving the capacity of its members, encouraging them to promote initiatives, improve techniques, improve the quality of products and services; increased exchanges, search for partners and expand consumption markets; focused on training, improving the quality of human resources; promoted the application of information technology, improved the environment and working conditions for workers.
The economic indicators of most member enterprises have met the plan, fulfilled their obligations to pay the State budget and directly created jobs for more than 12,000 workers. The Association also pays great attention to and focuses on supporting enterprises, organizing many trade promotion activities and connecting diverse and practical trade, typically: Coordinating with the Provincial Women's Union to organize the Women's Creative Startup Day in 2023 with 62 booths, including 35 booths of the association; establishing delegations of member enterprises to exchange and sign cooperation agreements with the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of many provinces and cities across the country.

2024 is a year of special significance, a year that plays a decisive role in the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan (2021 - 2025). In order to seize opportunities, advantages and overcome difficulties and limitations, together with the whole province, strive to achieve the highest targets of the 2024 socio-economic development plan set by the province; with the role of a vanguard force on the economic development and international economic integration front of the country in general and Thanh Hoa province in particular, he requested that member enterprises of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs continue to promote the achievements they have achieved; clearly recognize their responsibilities and missions, constantly study, practice, improve their qualifications, and build a community of women-owned businesses in the province that is increasingly strong in both quantity and quality.
He directed that enterprises need to strengthen solidarity and cooperation, create collective strength to overcome all difficulties and challenges, promote production and business, and effectively contribute to the common development of the province; at the same time, focus on implementing well a number of contents such as: Continuing to thoroughly educate members, enterprises, and businessmen about the guidelines, policies of the Party and the State; Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and guiding documents of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee on enterprises and support for enterprise development; doing better in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises; continuing to promote the role of a bridge between members and Party committees and authorities at all levels; grasping the operational situation of member enterprises to promptly advise, support or recommend and propose competent agencies to take measures to remove difficulties and obstacles for enterprises.
He also noted that the association needs to strengthen propaganda and mobilize members to actively innovate and be creative in business management and administration, improve operational efficiency, competitiveness, increase revenue and profit; build and enhance brands, product value, increase income for workers; organize training and foster high-quality human resources.
Along with that, the association is interested in supporting members to enhance exchanges, connections, trade promotion and implement a series of activities for Women's Creative Startup Day; actively joint ventures, associations, expanding domestic and export markets; continue to effectively implement the Project "Supporting small and medium-sized enterprises owned by women in Thanh Hoa province to develop human resources, start creative businesses, participate in industry clusters, value chains in the field of product production, processing and trading" in 2024; participate in humanitarian and charity work, join hands with the whole country to "leave no one behind".
