Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is required to focus on completing investment procedures, directing the review and development of a comprehensive and detailed progress plan (in the direction of shortening the process), assigning leaders to be directly in charge and assigning civil servants and public employees to closely monitor the progress of the projects: Quang Tri Ancient Citadel National Special Relic Site and memorial sites for the 81 days and nights of fighting to protect Quang Tri Ancient Citadel; Thong Nhat Park at the Hien Luong - Ben Hai National Special Relic Site and component projects of the project to Preserve, restore and upgrade key revolutionary historical relics in Quang Tri province.

At the same time, proactively work with relevant agencies and units of the province and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to promptly propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, promptly organize construction and disburse funds according to the assigned capital plan.

Request the Departments of Planning and Investment; Construction and Provincial Police and related units to prioritize human resource allocation, focus on appraising projects under the Program for conservation and sustainable promotion of the values ​​of Vietnamese cultural heritage, period 2021 - 2030 and component projects under the project for conservation, restoration and upgrading of key revolutionary historical relics of Quang Tri province (including: Quang Tri Ancient Citadel Museum Project and Vinh Moc Tunnels Relic Site Project) in the shortest time to promptly implement according to the set plan.
