In particular, regarding the opinion of voters of Duy Xuyen district requesting to promptly resolve the issue of granting land use right certificates to 12 households in Group 17 (An Lac village, Duy Thanh commune), according to the Provincial People's Committee, regarding the resolution of petitions related to the withdrawal and granting of land use right certificates, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land of 12 households in An Lac village, in Official Dispatch No. 1350 dated March 16, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee directed the People's Committee of Que Son district to urgently direct specialized agencies to establish procedures for measuring and issuing new land use right certificates for 12 households; coordinate with the People's Committee of Duy Xuyen district so that when the dossier for granting and exchanging certificates is completed, the People's Committee of Duy Xuyen district is requested to immediately issue procedures to cancel the land use right certificates granted to 12 households according to regulations.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested Duy Xuyen district to direct specialized agencies to proactively coordinate with relevant agencies of Que Son district to promptly resolve the issuance and exchange of land use right certificates of 12 households according to regulations.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, on March 24, 2022, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment also sent an official dispatch to Mr. Le Van Xuan regarding the request for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to continue to resolve the petition of 12 households in An Lac village as not within its authority.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committees of Duy Xuyen and Que Son districts to promptly resolve the issuance of land use right certificates to the above 12 households in accordance with their authority; report the implementation results to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee for monitoring (in May 2024).
