Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to seriously and effectively implement the instructions in Official Dispatch No. 1924/UBND-VX 3 dated April 2, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the opening and serving of sea tourism in 2025; Official Dispatch No. 716/SVHTTDL-DL dated April 3, 2025 of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on ensuring tourism activities during the April 30 - May 1 holiday and the 2025 tourist season.

Urgently review, renovate and upgrade service infrastructure at tourist areas and destinations under management; proactively and promptly implement tasks to launch and open the 2025 tourist season; diversify tourism products, especially sea tourism, community tourism, and experiences, to ensure efficiency and attract tourists; strengthen security and order at tourist areas and destinations.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units and localities to research, study and put into operation new tourism products; inspect and agree on related conditions to ensure operations at tourist areas and destinations (rescue work, operating regulations, price listing, selling at listed prices, etc.); promptly review localities and locations with potential, advantages and resources to promptly deploy community and experiential tourism models, ensuring the provision of diverse products to meet the needs of tourists.
The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with units and localities to research and implement related contents to put electric vehicles into operation in tourist areas and spots in accordance with regulations; review and classify areas and routes of electric vehicle operation to ensure safety, convenience, suitability with actual situations and promote efficiency and connection between tourist areas and spots.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with units and localities to review and advise on related contents to speed up the implementation of tourism infrastructure and service projects in tourist areas and spots in the province.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to research, review and guide relevant contents for multi-purpose and multi-objective land use to serve tourism development in the province in accordance with regulations. Direct environmental sanitation work in tourist areas and spots, especially the collection and treatment of waste, treatment of domestic water, and processing at accommodation establishments and food and beverage businesses to ensure regulations before discharging into the environment. Coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in promoting the development of community and experiential tourism in the province.

The Department of Industry and Trade presides over and coordinates with relevant units and localities to direct and promote trade activities, introduce OCOP products, typical of the province at restaurants, hotels, night markets, and food streets in tourist areas and spots.
The Department of Health presides over and coordinates with relevant departments, branches and localities to be responsible for ensuring food hygiene and safety, preventing food poisoning, and preventing epidemics in tourist areas and spots in the province.
Members of Ha Tinh Tourism Association support and connect with each other to introduce products and services, shape reasonable tours and routes, and provide service contacts at tourist areas and destinations.
