According to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, the Saigontourist Group 2025 Food and Culture Festival, taking place from March 27 to March 30, is attracting thousands of people and tourists to explore and experience typical cuisine from all regions.

The festival starts from 4pm to 10pm every day at Van Thanh Tourist Area. As soon as it opens, people from all over Ho Chi Minh City flock to explore the "grand feast". More than 600 delicious dishes are prepared by chefs from 4-5 star restaurants, hotels, and resorts in the Saigontourist Group system.

As the sun sets, diners begin to choose their own spaces within the festival grounds, sit, chat and enjoy delicious food. The Saigontourist Group Food Culture and Delicacies Festival is the only large-scale culinary cultural event in Vietnam to be honored with prestigious awards from the World Food Awards.

There are over 600 delicious dishes selected and refined from all three regions of the country, local products. In particular, Southern cuisine is extremely rich, from delicious street food in Ho Chi Minh City, flavors of the Mekong Delta, specialties of coconut land Ben Tre, Tay Ninh, Long An to delicious dishes of Phu Quoc, Con Dao islands...
