With many unique values, the Han Nom documents of Truong Luu village, Hoang Hoa su trinh do and Phuc Giang School woodblocks (Kim Song Truong commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh) have been recognized by UNESCO as World Memory Heritage in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Han Nom documents of Truong Luu village, Ha Tinh (1689-1943) have just been recognized by UNESCO as a Memory of the World Documentary Heritage in the Asia-Pacific region (TBD). This is a collection of documents written in Han and Nom characters, including 48 documents, including royal decrees, administrative transaction documents, longevity banners... of 3 families (Nguyen Huy, Tran Van and Hoang family) in Truong Luu village (now Kim Song Truong commune, Can Loc district). Of the 48 documents, 26 are royal decrees from the Le and Nguyen dynasties (1689-1943) honoring - bestowing gods, bestowing beautiful names - in bestowing titles and titles; 19 administrative documents sent by local authorities to people of Truong Luu commune under the Nguyen dynasty (1803-1943) and 3 scrolls presented to individuals on the occasion of celebrating longevity and passing exams (including: Mrs. Phan Thi Truu - mother of Third Class Doctor Nguyen Huy Oanh, on the occasion of celebrating her 80th birthday; praising Nguyen Huy Quynh for passing the doctoral exam; celebrating Nguyen Huy Cau's 70th birthday).
The scroll was personally inscribed by Xuan Quan Cong Nguyen Nghiem (1708-1776) and presented to Mrs. Phan Thi Truu on the occasion of her 80th birthday. The content praised her merits as a shining example of a mother, a woman...
The documents were collected by Dr. Nguyen Huy My from family churches, shrines... in Truong Luu village. Most of the documents were carefully preserved, keeping the original, the words and the king's seal clearly. In particular, 6/48 documents have content on gender equality, including 5 decrees honoring the role of women, such as: "Holy Mother", "Madam", "Perfect example of loyalty", "Example of virtue"...

Recognized by UNESCO as a World Documentary Heritage of the Asia-Pacific region in 2018, "Hoang Hoa Su Trinh Do" (The Journey to China) is an ancient book copied in 1887 from the original written by Third Prize Winner Nguyen Huy Oanh in 1765 - 1767 under the reign of King Le Hien Tong. This is the only handwritten copy kept by descendants of the Nguyen Huy family at their home in Truong Luu village.
The book is a collection of maps with many images and valuable information about the diplomatic journey of Dai Viet envoys in the 18th century, edited, proofread and annotated by Dinh Nguyen Tham Hoa Nguyen Huy Oanh (1713-1789) in the years 1765-1768, from documents of previous generations, and at the same time supplemented with details related to the trip in 1766-1767 when he was the Chief Envoy.
The work demonstrates the observational talent and the extraordinary imagination and visualization of the Third Prize Winner Nguyen Huy Oanh in sketching and graphicizing the diplomatic route from Vietnam to China from a bird's eye view. The Royal Envoy's Journey is considered a rare and unique work, with many values: geography, history, politics, diplomacy, culture, customs, art... and is a rare and unique book about the diplomatic journey that a family has preserved until now. Recognized by UNESCO as a World Documentary Heritage in the Asia-Pacific region in 2016, Phuc Giang School Woodblocks are considered rare, unique, and oldest educational artifacts of a family still preserved in Vietnam.
Woodblocks made of wood (male fig tree) engraved with reverse Chinese-Nom characters in the form of a script and the family crest of the Nguyen Huy family, dated from 1758 to 1788, were used to print books for teaching and learning of the Nguyen Huy family (Truong Luu village). The woodblocks preserve the handwritings, seals, family crests, and copyright marks of five teachers, writers, and poets in a three-generation family in the 18th century: Mr. Nguyen Huy Tuu (1690-1750); his children: Nguyen Huy Oanh (1713-1789), Nguyen Huy Cu (1717-1775), Nguyen Huy Quynh (1734-1785) and his grandson Nguyen Huy Tu (1743 - 1790).
From over 2,000 woodblocks, Phuc Giang Library publishes over 400 books in Chinese and Nom scripts each year for teaching purposes. Currently, of the remaining 2,000 woodblocks, 391 are preserved in Truong Luu village (of which 383 are in Nguyen Huy Oanh and Nguyen Huy Tu churches and 8 are in Ha Tinh Museum).

Over 600 years old, Truong Luu ancient village (Kim Song Truong commune, Can Loc district) owns a system of unique relics, including: Phuc Giang school woodblocks, Hoang Hoa su trinh do, and Truong Luu village Han Nom documents recognized by UNESCO as world heritages.
On the occasion of the 310th anniversary of the birth of Doctorate Doctor Nguyen Huy Oanh (1713 - 2023), the 280th anniversary of the birth of the famous Nguyen Huy Tu (1743 - 2023), the 240th anniversary of the birth of the famous Nguyen Huy Ho (1783 - 2023) and receiving the certificate of recognition of the Han Nom documents of Truong Luu village as a documentary heritage of the Memory of the World Program in the Asia - Pacific region, Can Loc district coordinated with Dr. Nguyen Huy My to organize an exhibition and introduce artifacts of 3 heritages at Truong Luu Cultural Center (Kim Song Truong commune).
