Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the banking sector, there was Mr. Le Van Luong - Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Region XI. On behalf of Techcombank, there were Ms. Pham Huong Mai - Senior Director of Financial Consulting and Customer Service in the South, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khuyen - Director of Techcombank Pleiku Branch , along with representatives of partners, businesses, and loyal customers in the area.

From the first quarter of 2025, Techcombank has launched a comprehensive investment strategy to upgrade its branch headquarters with a new, outstanding version. Techcombank Pleiku Branch is the 4th out of 19 branch headquarters to be opened and put into operation this year.

The new headquarters of Techcombank Pleiku Branch is built with 5 floors, complying with the system's brand identity standards, the transaction space is designed in a modern way, both friendly to customers and integrated with technology to help customers have comprehensive and quick access to banking products and services. With the new headquarters model, Techcombank wants each branch to be a touch point, where customers are provided with financial solutions suitable to their needs and transaction habits, helping customers have a consistent experience on all platforms, bringing peace of mind and satisfaction to customers.

Techcombank Pleiku Branch has been operating in Pleiku City, Gia Lai since 2009. Over the past 17 years, Techcombank Pleiku Branch has accompanied individual and corporate customers, pioneering in creating and providing a variety of products from mobilization, credit, insurance, investment, comprehensively meeting customers' financial needs. Currently, the Branch is taking care of and serving 67,000 individual customers in Gia Lai province.

On the occasion of the opening ceremony of the new headquarters of Techcombank Pleiku Branch, Mr. Le Van Luong - Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Region XI acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the Pleiku Branch over 17 years of operation. The opening ceremony of the new headquarters has many important meanings, marking a comprehensive development step in all aspects as well as fulfilling Techcombank's long-term commitment to customers in Gia Lai province. The representative of the leadership of the State Bank of Vietnam Region XI hopes that in the coming time, Techcombank Pleiku Branch will continue to promote the achieved results, promote digital transformation, provide banking products and services on a modern technology platform leading the trend to customers, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the area.
