On November 14, 2023, Marriott Residences at Lake Tower, Grand Marina, Saigon officially opened at 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The opening ceremony marked the appearance of the first Marriott Residences in Vietnam. The event welcomed senior leaders of Masterise Homes and Marriott International.
Lake is the first completed building in the planning of Grand Marina, Saigon - the world's largest Marriott branded real estate complex with a scale of 10 hectares developed by Masterise Homes. The project includes 4 Marriott and JW Marriott branded apartment towers, an office tower combined with a high-end commercial center and impressively designed riverside landscape items.
The Lake Tower offers 1 to 3 bedroom apartments with luxurious and sophisticated designs and equipped with the most modern smart home technology, along with utility spaces spread over three floors such as swimming pool, children's playroom, lounge, library, meeting room, cinema, gym, etc. The apartments enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon River and the Zoo.
Behind the milestone of completing the first Marriott branded apartments in Vietnam is the tireless efforts of the developer Masterise Homes and many global design and construction partners. Every detail inside the Lake building must pass a meticulous and rigorous inspection process to meet Marriott brand standards. Like all Marriott branded apartments around the world, the Lake building is built according to Marriott's three modern design principles inspired by heritage: Duy My Interior Architecture, Intersection between Authenticity and Luxury, and Elevation in every detail.
The Lake Tower opens up a design space with timeless sophistication, international standard construction quality and 100% interior crafted by Italian experts, combined with hotel services and amenities provided by a team of hospitable and professional Marriott butlers.
