Representatives of Marriott International and Masterise Homes conducted the ribbon cutting ceremony to inaugurate the Marriott branded apartment complex at Lake building, Grand Marina, Saigon.
On November 14, 2023, Marriott Residences at Lake Tower, Grand Marina, Saigon officially opened at 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The opening ceremony marked the appearance of the first Marriott Residences in Vietnam. The event welcomed senior leaders of Masterise Homes and Marriott International.
Lake is the first completed building in the planning of Grand Marina, Saigon - the world's largest Marriott branded real estate complex with a scale of 10 hectares developed by Masterise Homes. The project includes 4 Marriott and JW Marriott branded apartment towers, an office tower combined with a high-end commercial center and impressively designed riverside landscape items.
Lake Tower has officially come into operation, standing out in the center of District 1, along the Saigon River.
