In order to develop information technology applications and promote the digital transformation process in the Party Committee of the block to ensure consistency, have specific goals and roadmaps, in line with the policies and orientations of administrative reform and digital transformation of the Provincial Party Committee on "Promoting administrative reform in Quang Tri province in the period of 2021-2025", "Digital transformation of Quang Tri province to 2025, with a vision to 2030", the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the block has developed a "Digital Transformation Project at the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030" with 6 items, divided into 2 phases.
Phase 1 to the end of 2023 will complete 4 items, including building an online conference television system at the main bridge point of the Party Committee of the bloc and affiliated units and clusters to make the most of the available conference television equipment and systems of the base to save investment costs, with the ability to link with the province's online conference television systems; help expand the audience of information recipients, save time and travel costs; in addition, it is also applied to training, education, and seminar activities...

At the same time, upgrade the electronic information page of the Party Committee of the block to the interface and function of the Electronic Information Portal of the Party Committee of the block. This is considered a multimedia communication channel, promoting the image of the Party Committee of the block, expanding the ability to provide and transmit information, increasing the ability to interact between grassroots party organizations in the Party Committee of the block; integrating many other utilities to serve the Party's work.
The event of inaugurating the conference video bridge system and launching the Electronic Information Portal is also the starting activity for a series of activities to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the unification of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises; to celebrate the holidays of the homeland and the country in 2024 and towards the Party Congresses at all levels and the Party Congress of the 3rd term, 2025 - 2030.
After the inauguration ceremony of the online conference video bridge system and the launch of the Party Bloc's Electronic Information Portal, the Party Bloc's Party Committee connected 41 grassroots party organization bridges in the Bloc with the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee bridge to listen to and implement the 2024 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style on preventing and combating corruption and negativity".
