Along with his Last Will and Testament for the Nation, the last letter Uncle Ho sent to his homeland on July 21, 1969, is considered his personal testament to Nghe An province before his passing. The Party Committee and people of Nghe An regard it as a sacred asset, a guiding light, and a source of spiritual strength to overcome countless difficulties and challenges, and to move forward steadily.
The second theme, "Nghe An follows Uncle Ho's teachings," introduces to the public the outstanding achievements in economics, culture and society, national security and defense, Party building, and the political system of Nghe An province after 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament.
The thematic exhibition "Nghe An – 55 Years of Implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament" is a meaningful activity that not only affirms the immense value of the Testament and President Ho Chi Minh's affection and concern for his homeland of Nghe An, but also provides the public with information about the 55-year journey of the Party Committee, government, and people of Nghe An in striving to successfully implement the Testament and the last letter President Ho Chi Minh sent to the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
