Opening of large-scale propaganda painting exhibition and mobile propaganda contest tour

On the evening of March 27, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the Department of Grassroots Culture - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the opening ceremony of the large-scale propaganda painting exhibition and the mobile propaganda contest to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory.

At the program, mobile propaganda teams from the provinces and cities of Da Nang, Thanh Hoa, An Giang, Kon Tum, Lai Chau and Phu Tho performed 17 unique singing, dancing and music performances to compete in the Mobile Propaganda Contest to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory. They were elaborately staged, praising the homeland, the country, the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu and the lives of the working people... On this occasion, the leaders of the Department of Grassroots Culture awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with achievements in participating in the Mobile Propaganda to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Within the framework of the program, there will also be a large-scale propaganda painting exhibition, introducing 70 works by professional and non-professional artists nationwide, selected from the Propaganda Painting Competition organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture. The exhibition will take place for 45 days (from March 27 to May 10) at the Van Lang Park Stage area and along Tran Phu Street, Viet Tri City.

The program is an important political, cultural and artistic event to promote the great significance of the historic Dien Bien Phu victory in our people's struggle for national independence and reunification.
