- On the morning of April 18, at the Provincial Museum, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism opened the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025 with the message "Reading culture - Connecting the community", "Entering the era of national growth with books", "Reading books - enriching knowledge, nurturing aspirations, promoting innovation".

Currently, the reading culture in the province has had certain developments. In particular, the public library system has been invested in and built from the province to the district; 100% of communes in the province have bookshelves. In addition, other library systems such as school libraries, reading rooms of military units, police, departments, branches, organizations, bookstores, bookstores... have also contributed to creating more frequent and easier access to books for the public.
