With the theme "Ninh Thuan culinary flavors", the festival takes place from June 15 to 18 with two main activities: a space for selling and enjoying cuisine and the "Ninh Thuan Talented Star Chef 2023" contest. During the 4 days, the festival has many attractive activities to attract tourists such as: Performances and exhibitions of culinary arts; processing materials, clips promoting images of typical raw material regions of Ninh Thuan; booths displaying products related to the kitchen field, cooking performances by famous chefs... The festival attracts 50 booths from 25 culinary enterprises inside and outside the province with many delicious dishes from regions across the country.
Provincial Party Committee members: Tran Minh Luc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and delegates visited the booth at the festival.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the festival is not only a meeting place for organizations and individuals doing culinary business but also an opportunity to promote the potential and development of the province's typical cuisine to domestic and foreign tourists. Cuisine combined with tourism has created a rich and unique tourism product system from farming, harvesting, processing to experience... contributing to improving the value chain of agricultural, forestry and fishery production, creating jobs, increasing income for workers, building and developing the Ninh Thuan culinary brand, meeting the needs of tourists enjoying cuisine in the coming time.
