This session is expected to consider the proposal of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the plan to reorganize administrative units at all levels and build a model of organizing a 2-level local government; organizing the apparatus of specialized agencies under the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. This is a major and very important content that is of interest to voters and the people. The reorganization of administrative units at the provincial and communal levels aims to effectively exploit resources, expand space for investment planning, socio-economic development, and at the same time, contribute to building a streamlined political system and administrative apparatus at all levels of the city, operating effectively, efficiently, effectively, and closely with the people.
