With the theme: Great Spring Victory, the cluster 1 competition has the participation of districts: Tan Phu, Xuan Loc, Thong Nhat, Cam My, Trang Bom, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach and Long Khanh city.

Each locality performed an art program with singing, dancing and music, praising the Party, Uncle Ho and the heroic, indomitable and resilient tradition of the Vietnamese army and people in general, Dong Nai in particular; about optimism, belief in victory, and the development of the homeland and country.

The contest is one of the activities of Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Thereby, creating conditions for localities to exchange and discover new methods in mobile propaganda activities, serving political tasks, meeting the cultural and spiritual needs of the people.
