Opening of literary and artistic activities to celebrate the 23rd Poetry Day

On the morning of February 9, at the Provincial Library, the Dak Lak Literature and Arts Association in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the 23rd Poetry Day with many exciting and unique activities. Attending the program were comrade Huynh Thi Chien Hoa - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of departments, branches, units and many poetry lovers.

In the bustling atmosphere of the whole country, the Poetry Day program with the theme "Dak Lak - Fly with the country" took place with many exciting activities such as: lion and dragon dance performances, gong performances, traditional musical instrument ensembles, poetry and music performances, book exhibitions, art photos, calligraphy and literary discussions with the theme "Vietnamese Poetry, Dak Lak - 50 years after the country's reunification". Exhibiting and introducing poetry publications and many types of literature and art such as Fine Arts, Photography, Folk Arts,...

Chairman of the Dak Lak Literature and Arts Association Nie Thanh Mai said that the program's Organizing Committee has connected with the armed forces, the provincial police and the provincial border guards to have activities to introduce the unit's literature and arts to celebrate the traditional day taking place in the Poetry Day program. Along with the jubilant activities in line with the spirit of the Poetry Day, there are lion and dragon dance performances, gong performances and performances by children, various types of literature and arts by many clubs, teams, groups...

The highlight of the program is the Lantern Festival Poetry Night taking place in the evening with the ritual of releasing poems on the festival drums, carrying the wishes of all people for good things in the new spring.
