Opening of ethnic minority language training course for police officers

100 students currently working at Bac Kan Provincial Police attended the training course.

The training course has 100 trainees currently working at Bac Kan Provincial Police, divided into 2 classes: Mong ethnic language class and Dao ethnic language class. The training period is from April to July 2025, with a total of 450 Mong ethnic language lessons and 400 Dao ethnic language lessons.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Dang, Principal of the University of Science and Colonel Ha Trong Trung, Deputy Director of Bac Kan Provincial Police emphasized: Strengthening training and fostering work aims to build a team of competent and qualified cadres, especially with training and fostering ethnic minority languages, creating conditions for each cadre to have more practical knowledge of ethnic minorities, on that basis, applying it to the actual work of ensuring security and order, especially propaganda, mobilization, and building the movement "All people protect national security" in the area. Students are requested to closely follow the training program, strictly comply with the rules, regulations and orders of the People's Public Security, and overcome difficulties to complete the set plan.

With the form of both studying and working, increasing practical work associated with performing professional tasks. Aiming to provide officers and soldiers with basic knowledge about the history, customs and practices of the Mong and Dao ethnic groups; improve communication skills, listening and speaking abilities to better serve the work requirements in the new period./.
