This morning, April 8, the Department of Foreign Affairs held the Opening Ceremony of the English Communication Training Class for cadres, civil servants and public employees of Ha Tinh province in 2025.

Overview of the opening ceremony of the English communication class for civil servants and public employees of Ha Tinh province in 2025.

This English training course has more than 40 students who are officials, civil servants, and public employees of departments, branches, and units in the province. The class will be organized online and in person. Students will be trained from A1-A2 and B1 levels.

The first lesson is online with a foreign expert teaching.

The class aims to improve the English proficiency of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the province in the context of the province promoting international cooperation and integration. After the opening ceremony, the class is expected to last until October 2025.
