(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of September 23, To Hieu Political School held the opening ceremony of the 2024 training courses on skills, expertise, and in-depth knowledge of religious work in the city (phase 2).

During the period from September 23 to 27, more than 260 students, divided into 4 classes, will be equipped and updated by lecturers who are leaders and former leaders of the Institute of Religion and Belief, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; leaders of the Religious Affairs Committee, Hai Phong Department of Home Affairs; Department of Internal Security - City Police; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city on general issues on religious work in the new situation; the Party's viewpoints, policies and laws of the State on beliefs and religions in Vietnam; especially skills and expertise in carrying out the work of mobilizing, uniting religions and managing religions in Hai Phong.

The training course is an opportunity to equip and foster knowledge, skills and expertise for officials and civil servants working in State management of beliefs and religions at all levels, to acquire new knowledge and practical experience to better serve the advisory work for local Party committees and authorities to better perform the task of State management of beliefs and religions.
