This event is part of the Amazing Binh Dinh Fest (Sports, Culture and Tourism Week) series of events in 2024.
At the festival, dozens of Binh Dinh's signature dishes such as jumping shrimp pancakes, Cho Huyen spring rolls, Song Than noodles, shrimp spring rolls, tuna noodles... were directly prepared by famous restaurant chefs for visitors to witness and enjoy.

Also at the program, a Korean guest demonstrated and taught the audience how to make kimbap, making many tourists excited and delighted.
Ms. Nhu Ngan (a tourist from Hanoi) said: "I am very happy to attend today's ceremony and to be guided by Koreans on how to make kimbap. I really like it."
Meanwhile, at the food stalls, thousands of people happily enjoyed the rustic, familiar dishes of Binh Dinh.
In particular, many foreign tourists are curious and interested in Binh Dinh's dishes: jumping shrimp pancakes, tuna vermicelli, Song Than vermicelli...
Jeremy (French) said with delight: "I really like the jumping shrimp pancake. It has shrimp, bean sprouts and flour. It's very crispy.
There are a lot of vegetables and the dipping sauce is also very rich. There is also rice paper to wrap. Very interesting."

According to Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, coming to Binh Dinh Culinary Culture Festival 2024, people and tourists will be able to exchange and experience the unique culinary culture, diverse, rich and unique dishes prepared and presented elaborately and attractively by famous domestic and international artisans and chefs.
"Through the festival, culinary culture lovers will have the opportunity to share the knowledge and secrets of famous artisans and chefs who have "breathed life" into ingredients and food to turn them into unique culinary works of art imbued with national identity.
I hope that through this festival, the cooperative relationship between localities across the country and international friends will be further strengthened to enhance the value of Vietnamese culinary culture," Mr. Tuan added.
